How do I open a live trading account?
Click Sign Up, complete the short registration form and verify your identity. Most accounts are approved in under 3 minutes, after which you can fund your account and start trading.
What is the minimum deposit?
The Grow Standard account starts from $100, with tiered accounts up to Grow Premium at $20,000. Grow VIP and Grow Premium accounts include dedicated support and tailored conditions — for details.
How do deposits and withdrawals work?
You can fund and withdraw using crypto, cards and bank wire from your client area. Withdrawals are returned to the original funding method where possible. For a status update, email the Accounts & Funding team with your account number.
Which trading platforms are available?
MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and our browser-based WebTrader. Expert Advisors, scalping, hedging and news trading are all permitted.
Can I lose more than I deposit?
No. All accounts include negative balance protection, so your losses are limited to the funds in your account. Trading leveraged products is still high-risk — please read our risk warning below.
When is the support desk available?
24 hours a day, Monday to Friday — from Sunday 22:00 UTC to Friday 22:00 UTC. Messages sent at the weekend are answered as soon as the desk reopens.
